Three different questions come through this page and they are answered in different places. Pricing goes to the quote form, because a price depends on details this form does not ask for. An existing order goes to us with your order reference. Anything else, including artwork you are unsure about, can come straight through the form below, and a firm in-hand date goes to the rush review rather than the general form.

Need pricing?
A price depends on the patch type, the quantity, the finished size and the date. The quote form asks for all four, so using it saves a round trip. One piece is a real order and rough artwork is fine, so there is no threshold you need to reach before it is worth asking.
Get a custom patch quoteExisting order?
Include your order reference and tell us what you need: a status update, a change, or a problem with what arrived. Defects or a material mismatch against the approved proof are remade, so if something is wrong with the patches, say so.
Artwork question?
If you are not sure whether your artwork will work, send it. That is a review rather than a commitment, and it costs nothing. We will tell youwhat a construction can hold at your finished size and what would have to change.

Inquiries are accepted 24 hours a day and production runs 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Eastern. We aim to come back within the hour during those times, and that is a goal we hold ourselves to rather than a guarantee.
