A useful lead time says what starts the clock and what sits outside it. Liberty counts production after proof approval and cleared payment. Shipping transit is added after production.
Put the real in-hand date in the first project brief so the artwork, construction, capacity, shipping method, and destination can be reviewed together.

Rush production
Normally 5 to 7 business days, and this one is a production figure rather than a delivery figure. Requests up to 1,000 pieces are subject to review, and the arrival date is confirmed for your order separately.
Approval is the gate
Production follows your proof approval and the applicable payment. Nothing is made before that, which makes approval the single point in the process where your response time directly affects the schedule.
Shipping is confirmed separately
Transit depends on the destination and the service, and it is confirmed for your order rather than assumed. Free US shipping, worldwide quoted, with duties and taxes paid by us on international orders.

What follows is what each phase involves and who is holding it up while it happens. No stage carries a duration, because a delivery figure split into invented sub-figures is three numbers we cannot stand behind instead of one we can.

What can move the date
Most schedule changes come from one of four places, and two of them sit on your side of the table. That is not a complaint, it is useful information: the variables you control are also the fastest ones to change.
- Waiting on proof approval. This is the one you control and the one that costs the most days.
- A change requested after approval, which reopens the specification.
- Artwork that needs more rebuilding than the first look suggested.
- Carrier transit, weather, customs or destination constraints, which sit outside our control once the order is handed over.
