Rush Custom Patches, Reviewed Against Your Date

    You send art and your date

    The artwork in whatever state it is in, the quantity, the finished size, the destination ZIP and the date the patches have to be in hand. All five, because a missing one means a follow-up email rather than an answer.

    Feasibility is checked

    We review the request against your quantity, the construction and the destination before confirming anything. Requests up to 1,000 pieces are subject to review. This is where we tell you yes, yes with a change, or no.

    Rush production run

    Rush production normally runs 5 to 7 business days once your proof is approved and the applicable payment is made. Approval is the gate, so the faster that happens the more room the schedule has.

    Shipping is added

    Transit is separate from production and is confirmed for your order rather than included in the production figure. The arrival date is confirmed with you, not assumed from the production band.

A rush order is a feasibility question, not a product. You tell us the date the patches have to be in your hands, where they are going and what you need made, and we tell you honestly whether that is achievable.

Sometimes the answer is yes. Sometimes it is yes if you change the construction. Occasionally it is no, and we would rather say so than take the order and disappoint you.

Choose the Construction Before Relying on the Clock

Construction affects the schedule more than most buyers expect, which is why it comes before the clock on this page. Some builds move faster than others, and a design that is straightforward in one material can be the slowest thing on the floor in another. If your date is tight and your material is not fixed, tell us both and we will suggest the route that actually fits.

Four variables, one date

What moves your date

Four things move a rush date. None of them is a fee, and all of them are things you can influence. The one buyers underestimate most is their own approval time: the schedule does not start moving until the proof is approved, so a day spent waiting for an internal sign-off is a day off the production window.

Order size

Larger runs need more production time. Requests up to 1,000 pieces are subject to review, and above that a rush becomes a conversation about what is genuinely achievable.

Different builds move at different speeds. If your date is tight and the material is not fixed, this is the lever with the most room in it.

Production follows proof approval and the applicable payment. Every day spent on an internal sign-off is a day out of the production window, and this is the variable buyers control most directly.

How fast can you make my patches?
Rush production normally runs 5 to 7 business days once the proof is approved. Whether that plus transit meets your date depends on the quantity, the construction and the destination, which is what the feasibility review is for.
What affects rush turnaround time?
Quantity, construction, how quickly you approve the proof, and where the patches are going. Your approval time is the one you control most directly and the one that most often costs a day.
Can I rush a large order?
Requests up to 1,000 pieces are subject to review. Above that it becomes a conversation about what is genuinely achievable rather than a standard rush, and we would rather have that conversation before you commit.
What if my deadline changes?
Tell us as soon as it does. A date that moves earlier may no longer be feasible and a date that moves later may open up options that were closed. Either way we would rather requote than discover it at dispatch.
Do you charge extra for rush orders?
A rush affects scheduling and is quoted for your specific job rather than carrying a fixed published premium. Send the details and the quote will state it.
What file formats do you accept?
The same as any order: vector files move fastest, high-resolution raster files are close behind, and sketches and photos are workable after a redraw. On a rush, sending the cleanest version you have genuinely saves time.

Can I see my proof before production?
Yes, and on a rush it is the gate everything else waits behind. Your first digital proof and one revision are included, and nothing is made until you approve. Fast approval is the single biggest thing you can do for a tight date.
What is your minimum order for rush?
There is no minimum on a rush order any more than on a standard one. A small urgent run is a normal request here.
What if the schedule changes on your side?
We tell you as soon as we know rather than at the end. A rush is reviewed before it is accepted precisely so that this is rare, and if something does move we would rather give you the chance to change the plan.
