Custom Shirts with Patches, Embroidery or Transfers

Here we supply the shirts and decorate them, so you receive finished garments rather than patches to apply yourself. If you already have the shirts, or you have a garment contract you would rather keep, order the patches on their own and apply them to what you have. Deciding which of those you want is the first question and it changes the quote entirely.

Three decoration methods, each suiting a different job. A patch applied to the garment, which gives texture and can be replaced. Embroidery worked directly into the shirt, which is the most durable and the most integrated. Or a transfer, which is the flattest and lightest option and suits high volumes of apparel decoration. Placement, fabric and how the shirt is laundered all feed into which one is right.

What we confirm for your order rather than publish is the garment itself: which shirts are available, in what colors, in what size range and where they come from. Decoration happens in-house across our four US production houses; the blanks are sourced. Send the size breakdown, the placement and how the shirts will be worn and washed, and the quote will state exactly what is being made.
