These four routes solve the questions that usually need a visual comparison or a physical measurement before a general answer is any use at all.
The Cross-Cutting Answers
What is your minimum order?
There is no minimum. One patch is a real order and it goes through the same proof, the same first-piece approval and the same inspection as a run of ten thousand. Small runs cost more per piece because the setup work is identical either way.
How long does it take?
Standard delivery is 14 to 16 days. That is a delivery figure rather than a production figure. If you have a firm in-hand date, rush production normally runs 5 to 7 business days and the request is reviewed against your quantity, construction and destination.
When do I pay?
Payment follows proof approval, not the quote. Smaller orders are paid in full after you approve the proof; larger orders are split, with the balance before shipping. The threshold is stated in your quote and in the terms.
What does it cost?
It depends on quantity, finished size, construction, coverage, backing and deadline, which is why there is no price list. Send those details and you get a real number rather than a range that changes later.
What files do you accept?
Vector files move fastest, high-resolution raster files are close behind, and sketches, scans and photos are all workable. Vector conversion and embroidery digitizing are included with a patch order, so rough artwork is genuinely fine.
Who owns my design?
You confirm you own the artwork or are authorized to use it, and we will decline work that appears unlawful or misrepresented. What you receive and what happens to production files afterward is set out in your quote and in the file policy.
Can I see a sample first?
A physical sample is included once your order is confirmed and paid. You can also buy a sample on its own beforehand, and that cost is credited in full against an order placed within 30 days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. US shipping is free, worldwide shipping is quoted, and we pay duties and taxes on international orders. We ship by UPS and FedEx, with tracking sent by email or SMS where available.
Where are your patches made?
In-house across four US production houses, with the company based in New York, New York. Materials and components may be sourced globally, so if your organization has a specific origin requirement, tell us and we will answer for your order.
Which patch type should I choose?
The artwork decides more than the use does. Small type points to woven, bold logos to embroidery, gradients to printing, gear and weather to molded PVC, block letters to chenille. Send the design and the finished size and we will tell you.
