A price depends on the patch, not on the person asking, so the form below asks for the details that actually move the number: what you want made, how many, how big, and when you need it. One piece is a real order. If part of it is undecided, send what you have and we will tell you what is still open.

No minimum orderOne patch is priced the same way a run of 10,000 is. Small runs cost more per piece because the setup work is identical, and there is no setup fee on top of it.
Rough artwork is fineA sketch, a scan or a photo of a drawing is enough to start. Vector conversion and embroidery digitizing are included with a patch order.
A proof before anything is madeYour first digital proof and one revision are included. Production follows your approval, not your quote request.
A real deadline changes the answerIf you have a fixed in-hand date, put it in the form. Rush production normally runs 5 to 7 business days and we review the request before confirming anything.

Send the best version of the artwork you have, in whatever format it exists in. A vector file is the fastest route through review, and a photo of a hand-drawn design is a perfectly normal starting point. If the artwork belongs to a client or an organization, make sure you are authorized to have it made before you send it.

What happens after you submit

You send the brief
Patch type, quantity, finished size, artwork and the date you need it. Anything you leave open, we will ask about.
We review and price it
We check the design against the construction you are considering and come back with a price. The quote is valid for 14 days.
You approve the proof
A digital proof shows the size, colors, border and backing. Your first proof and one revision are included, and nothing is made until you say yes.
Your run is made
Production follows proof approval and the applicable payment. We approve the first piece off the run, inspect the rest, and deliver in 14 to 16 days.
