The production

Digitizing, molding, weaving, stitching and cutting, carried out in-house across four US production houses.

The finishing

Borders, backings, hardware, first-piece approval, inspection and packing.

Finishing and quality control happen alongside production rather than afterward. The first piece off a run is approved before the rest continues, and every piece is inspected against the approved proof before it is packed and dispatched.
