Custom Adhesive Patches with Peel-and-Stick Backing

An adhesive patch has a pressure-sensitive layer on the back. You peel the liner and press it down, with no heat, no needle and no equipment. That makes it the fastest attachment we offer and the least permanent one, which is exactly the point for events, trade shows and anything that has to go on now and come off later.

This is not the same thing as an iron-on patch, and the two get confused constantly. Iron-on uses a film that melts into fabric under heat and forms a bond in the fibers. Adhesive sticks to a surface without heat and stays on the surface. That difference is why adhesive works on plastic, metal, glass and painted panels where heat adhesive does nothing, and why it will not survive a wash cycle where an iron-on patch will.

Surface preparation decides most of the outcome. Clean, dry, smooth and room temperature is the reliable case. Dusty, oily, textured, cold or freshly painted surfaces are not, and some surfaces keep residue when the patch comes off. Test an inconspicuous spot before committing on anything you care about.
